Rebate

• ENERGY STAR Air-Source Heat Pump - $300 per ton 
• ENERGY STAR Hybrid Air-Source Heat Pump (gas backup) - $400 per ton 
• NEEP listed Air-Source Heat Pump - $500 per ton
• NEEP listed Hybrid Air-Source Heat Pump (gas backup) - $600 per ton
• ENERGY STAR or NEEP listed Mini-Split Air-Source Heat Pump - $200 per ton (used as supplemental/added capacity such as sunroom)
• Please note that Linn County REC no longer has rebates for Air Conditioners (program ended 12/31/2021). 

Requirements

• ENERGY STAR
  • Minimum of SEER 15.0, EER 12.5, HSPF 8.5     or
  • Minimum of SEER2 15.2, EER2 11.7, HSPF2 7.8
• NEEP Listed Cold Climate
  • Must be listed on NEEP's website as a NEEP Cold Climate Listed Product.

Apply Online 

When filling out an online rebate form, make sure you have a copy of the invoice, model and serial numbers needed to complete the form.  Online rebate forms are not able to be saved and retrieved at a later time to complete.

** Applications must be submitted within three (3) months of the purchase/installed date (based on member's invoice or receipt date) and are subject to 2025 rebate eligibility if received after December 31, 2024. ​​​​See the terms and conditions for full criteria.  If a paper form is needed, contact Member Services at 319-377-1587 or rebates@linncountyrec.com.
