Multifamily Properties
This rebate applies to multifamily properties with 5 or more units.
Notify Linn County REC prior to the start of a multifamily project if the rebate is expected to be over $5000. Failure to do this will result in a 25% reduction of the rebate amount.

ENERGY STAR or NEEP listed Air-Source Heat Pump (includes Mini-Split units) - $200 per ton; Maximum $10,000 rebate per service address

ENERGY STAR Ground-Source Heat Pump - $250 per ton; Maximum $15,000 rebate per service address

ENERGY STAR Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater- $650 per unit; Maximum $10,000 rebate per service address

HVI certified ERV or HRV - $300 per unit; Maximum $4,000 rebate per service address

ENERGY STAR Heat Pump Clothes Dryer - $150 per unit; Maximum $4,000 rebate per service address
